But what truly sets me apart is my own staging and design company: Dweller- Staging & Design LLC. This unique asset allows me to empower sellers to make informed decisions that enhance their home’s value and appeal through complimentary staging services, and strategic renovation suggestions (Whether it’s a fresh coat of paint, updated fixtures, or a full-scale remodel) These changes and additions are carefully curated to maximize returns and minimize time on the market transforming each property into an inspired living space that captivates potential buyers the moment they walk through the door.
My approach is not about donning a suit and pushing transactions; it’s about connecting with each client on a personal level, understanding their dreams and aspirations, and translating that into the sale or purchase of their home. And from that “Homebody- The Podcast,” was born, where we explore the complex corners of life one room at a time. This platform allows me to share my insights on all things design, real estate, and personal growth, connecting with listeners on a deeper level and providing valuable tips and inspiration.
I am also the founder of The Homebody- Collective, an online community where like-minded individuals can connect, learn, and celebrate each other’s wins. This space is filled with motivation and support, allowing members to share their expertise and experiences, fostering real connections and personal growth. This community was created after realizing I had spent so many of my early entrepreneurial years feeling like I never quite fit in at other peoples lunch tables, or choosing the wrong ones to sit at. Everyone is welcome at my table, there’s enough room for us all to thrive.
Most days you can either find me out and about showing homes in or around the beautiful Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, in the middle of a design install, or at home with my daughter channeling our inner homebodies. (Oh yeah, and I’m completely obsessed with all things coffee, dogs, and pretty interiors.)
